This is not the continuation I expected in the series but it was still good.
There was still growth in our mc but of a new kind. It wasn’t as much of a struggle fest as some of the other books.

I purchased all 8 books in this series as well as the Audible versions. The characters are three dimensional and behave in a consistent manner. Both voice actors bring additional depth and colour to the characters and situations. the narration also brings colour and suspense much as the best sound tracks bring to a high quality movie. I am eagerly waiting on the next Audible releases of books,9,10 and 11. having read them on Patrion.
