The most original storyline for space battles ever. Hard Sci-fi meets military sci-fi meets horror. Book 1 in this series - 'The Crypt Shakedown' - was incredible, and now Voidstrike takes it further. I can't believe how much I am looking forward to the next book too, Scott Sigler has created an amazing universe that I have to know more about.

This is another fantastic chapter in a series that continues to impress me with its originality and world‑building. The story is bold, creative, and genuinely unlike anything else I’ve listened to on Audible. This author has a talent for delivering fresh ideas, great pacing, and characters that keep me hooked from start to finish.
Book 2 feels like the perfect bridge — not quite the explosive ending of Book 1, but instead a smart, well‑built setup that raises the stakes and promises an epic Book 3. I loved every minute of it. The narration is excellent as always, and the quality of the storytelling really shows why this artist deserves more attention.
If you enjoy unique sci‑fi, strong characters, and a storyline that keeps evolving in unexpected ways, this is a must‑listen. I can’t wait for the next book.

I love listening to Ray Porter's performance of nearly any book, to hear it with one of my favourite authors is just an added bonus.

I loved the first book, listened to it twice then a third time just before the second. The first 10 hours of the book isn't bad, but it's a lot of rehashing what characters felt and experienced in the first book. Still a great experience. Excited for the next.
