Whilst it took a little time to settle back into the story, the 8th book does not disappoint and builds up to a grand finale that holds promise for great things to come.

ok so I don't write reviews ever so forgive me if this is all over the place, if you've made it this far you know how good this series is but holy shit I can't wait for the next book please GIVE IT TO ME

Every single book manages to have the character progress a staggering amount but never in the way you expect and even with his insane advancement speed it always feels like his dancing on the razors edge

He goes through alot and only makes it through by throwing himself into the fire and being denser than his enemies. Stubborn, wildly borderline crazy and with an appreciation for tasty mana. Felix in the unbound series is still one of my favourites.

A well written series that has me binge listening to the books as they are released. Then eagerly waiting for the next instalment.
Narrator is gifted with the ability to do provided a wide selection of noticeably different voices. which helps the story to flow.

8 books later and it’s still interesting and still and adventure each time! Some books get a bit repetitive when it’s adventure based like this but I like the world building and the character connections and building. That’s where the real story comes alive and makes me care about it. Very good.
