The flexibility of the bodybuilder
I believe everyone knows that a bodybuilder is not flexible like a dancing girl. Personally, I have big muscles and I have a problem with flexibility. I always wanted to be a ninja and flexible like them. I learned techniques for stretching. Just 10 minutes a day to change my body, your body. I will follow these exercises. So I recommend this audiobook to people who suffer from flexibility.

super amazing
This audiobook is super amazing, loaded with alot of info, after listening to this audiobook, it made me realize so many things, the first thing I just realized is that, a sedentary lifestyle can cause stiffness and pain, even when you’d think it would do the opposite. The second is that generic stretches don’t necessarily work for everyone — we all have different body types and use our bodies in different ways. Thus, we all need slightly different stretching regimens. There is a section of this book with stretching tests so you can pinpoint where your problem areas are. This has allowed me to focus on the muscles that are most in need for me. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.

stretch and calmness
I've done yoga off and on for a decade. Many of the tips are already familiar to me. But this was a nice addition.

Enjoyed the Stretching Exercises!!!
Hard to believe but yes you can regain and maintain flexibility from an audio book. John Cantees delivers a great narration of Milo Kemps Audiobook. Cantees helps in the vision of the techniques in explaining the stretches very carefully which helps me to follow along.

Very helpful
As I have been doing muay Thai for a long time stretching is always been a core part of the sport. And I always look for new techniques to increase my agility especially in the hips and lower body part area and this book is really helped me a lot because due to the pandemic I was not able to train and my mobility really decreases but with the help of this book now am more confident about my movements and especially with my kicks. The instructions are very descriptive and easy to follow. Also, there is a lot of technical advice which you can follow. I am following this book ever since I listen to it.

I am more comfortable in my body!
I decided to check out “Use It or Lose It: Stretching Exercises to Regain and Maintain Your Optimum Flexibility” because I had resigned myself to a certain loss of mobility and thought it was just a normal part of life. With nothing to lose, I decided to try out a few of the stretches, and it felt so good that I thought I’d try a few more. Now I realize having a body that moves more freely and with less pain is truly possible. Doing so without medications or surgery is a new concept for me. I am so happy that I discovered this book!

Good tips and advice
I thought I would try this book when I injured my foot last year. I never thought it was necessary to do any stretching exercises for mere walks. At least that is what I thought until I ended up in the emergency room. I had no broken bones, but after several X-Rays and MRIs, I got interested in the subject. This audiobook teaches you the importance of using mobility and flexibility to condition yourself before exercise. While all of this is great, it would have been nice to include a PDF of all of any illustrations or tips. The book is recommended for anyone who exercises. Please don't fall into the same trap I did; listen to this book, and learn the proper techniques.

A must for work-at-home
If one thing has been completely obliterated in the last 9 months, it's my flexibility. Poor posture. Sitting in a chair for 10 hours straight. Gyms being closed. All of the above has left me feeling 20 years older than my age. This book was a Godsend with a number of stretches and routines you can do from the comfort of your home.

Great book
As the author said, stiffness and lack of mobility are very common with many people these days. But you don’t need to be one of those people and suffer from the lack of flexibility. This book is motivational and educational. It clearly tells us about benefits of stretching and how to do it properly. The book is great for those who don’t know where to start from as it shows exactly what stretching exercises to do and how to do them. I’d recommend this book to anyone who spends hours sitting at the desk and is willing to make a little bit of effort to have a healthier body.

What I needed!
I am working from home since March, and after I realize I spent too much time sitting with no movements, I just realize I needed to do something. Googling on the internet, I found out stretching is a healthy habit to prevent muscles and joints from hurting. Then I gave a try this audiobook, that just confirmed many concepts and allowed me to grow my knowledge and... it is great! I am following the guided stretchings almost every day, and I'm finding them highly beneficial. I think everyone should try it, and why not? This audiobook might be the right mentor for you as well!

A game changer.
I have needed a good stretching routine to add on to my workout for quite some time now. I have realized that cardio and strength is not at all enough for me to have a healthy body; to be frank, I should probably have started stretching much earlier. I loved chapter 4 about stretching routines and workouts—a great audiobook overall, with a whole lot of new and valuable information for me. Only wished I'd picked this up earlier.
