I feel this book is and will continue to be of great help to me. I’ve been having some issues for a long time, with a lot more things than I was aware of until recently, and have had to do some serious work on myself to fix things both internally and with my partner of 8 years. This book has helped me on this journey to build vocabulary and understanding of my experiences and my resulting behaviours. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is questioning their marriage or struggling in their relationships with the people close to them.
