A long winded advertisement for Dave Asprey

This is a long and boring advertisement for Dave Aspreys bulletproof products. Nothing original here.

You don’t need to pay for this or listen to this book. Listen to Asprey‘s free podcast or read his website directly if you must. I suspect he is behind this and getting a cut of the profits anyway.

You can certainly do better than spending time or money here.

Profound, practical & easily implemented advice.

This is an intriguing book that tackles some fundamental diet & nutrition oversights of Western culture that are likely impacting most busy people in some way. The writing style is very clear, & key concepts are communicated very effectively. If you have felt fatigued & without the energy levels you once had, Ben’s approach will give you the tools you need to experience changes in just a couple of weeks.

Like an infomercial in book form.

A horrible mix of doctor bashing, recycling of other people's ideas and basically advertising for certain companies, all supported for the most part by nothing better than anecdotal evidence. And to top it off the narration was pretty bland, and was weird as it was an American narrating an Australian's writing.

Biohacking At it's finest

A very practical book. Enjoyed every part of the journey though there are lots of medicinal products which seems to repeat itself in different part Ben has come very realistic on the points which are easily overlooked.

dietary game changer

excellent for people who have no idea about what they put in their body and are dependant on medications to survive average Ife. Thus book has a plethora of information that can incite you to make a posit and educated change to your Life!

Presented so I can actually use the information

Not much new information for me as I have listened to a number of related book but the first book that did not present 100+ ideas and says try these 100 things. This was a book with a plan.

Life changing!!

Ben Angle goes on a personal quest and it becomes for the greater good!! He creates a road map of bio hacking and personal improvement that will create a unstoppable you. Not only physical but mental and working at the cellular level to eliminate brain fog, laziness, lethargy and general confusion because of stress..

Comprehensive manual for how to escape fatique

Wish I had this available earlier, I would have arrived where I am at much sooner. As a molecular biologist, literature research comes relatively easy to me, so once I restored my eye sight I arrived at many of the same supplements and devices. Love how MCT oil and intermittent fasting takes away carb cravings. Love how easy the muse device makes meditation. Love my Dreem device to track deep sleep. But it took me a longer while to assemble all the pieces of the puzzle. The information is all out there, but typically focuses on a particular aspect or symptom or a particular solution. This book gives you a whole quiver of arrows, and a good idea which to shoot first, and what to follow up with. I had not come across the touchpoint device, sounds very interesting. The reminder on vitamin D was great, had stopped taking it end of summer, re-introduced and got an immediate boost. I was just starting to experiment with amino acids, had good results with citrulline. My deep sleep is very caffeine sensitive yet caffeine really gives me drive throughout the day, so I tried out L-theanine: immediate improvement, love it! I had my target locked on getting part of my health back ... now I won't set the bar so low. Working on being unstoppable now :)

Boring Reader

I’m around 1/2 way through this book but it can’t end soon enough. The reader has no personality and his cadence never changes so no matter what he says, it sounds the same. I’m still waiting for some helpful info to come out of this book...

This book changed my life in 2 days!

If i could give this book 6 stars I would. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) 6/19 and have been struggling with brain fog and fatigue since is started treatments. I was just about to give up on life until I read this book. I took Ben Angels advice as far as supplements and within 2 days I had my life back. This book is a must read if you are experiencing health issues or can’t seem to be able to focus and accomplish goals. I went from guardian mode to a catalyst in 2 days!

Thank you Ben Angel for doing this research and sharing it with the world.

Can I have my money back please

The book starts well but by the time I’d finished it I felt like I’d listened to an eight hour brainwashing advert. If you have lots of time and money and a brain that doesn’t get overwhelmed easily this book might be for you. Otherwise I would not recommend this book to anyone.

awakening to life!

absolutely mind blowing and total sense making findings. now i finally understood why i struggle to move forward as i'm in constant fight with my mind and body, constant resistance... my mind says yes, body says rest. all the self development and coaching done... little result.. because my body wasnt not ready, depleated in vitamins and minerals.. doesn't have enough energy to do everything that my mind wants..
I'm up for 90 days challenge! hell yes I am.

Don't bother.....

Nothing more than an over padded out diet book.
Absolute horse sh1t.
Got turned off after about 30mins, just common sense waffle by an obvious hypochondriac.
