Scientific affirmations

This listen felt like an angel card reading in the way where it wasn't presenting really any new facts - or reading the future like a taro card - or new information that i didnt instrinsically already know.

The whole book was like a blanket of comforting nosie shaped air (which I'd recommend playing for some background ambience while spring cleaning).

But in this affirmation session of angel confirmations, instead of being dealt a brother Gabriel angel card, i was given a yoga-home-remedy/scientific Wellness dictionary to help reword the title of this book in enough ways and enough times to fill a book with words.

Or an audio tape with 5 hours or insightfully noninsightful cure for all breathing exercises.

give it a 8 out of 10,

i would Unf--k my body, again .
