A book I didn’t know I needed.

I went into this book with no desire to fix or address a problem, there was just a level of curiosity there. Since reading, this book has helped in many ways regarding my relationship discussing effective communication, differing relationship styles and changes the human body goes through. Definitely Recommend!

Fabulous and important book!

Absolutely amazing book, full of non-judgemental and wise advice.
Love the research, message and language.
Hate the narrator. Not a good fit, felt very incongruous with the authors writing voice. Faith, please narrate this yourself!!

Offered bite size pieces of information, to break down a complex topic

Vocal performance was a bit over the top, inauthentic and cringe. Could have been read on a morw natural way Content was great though.

Fresh perspective.

The author swears a lot (in case you didn't get that from the title)

if I had to summarise, this book is about permission.
permission to be yourself
permission to explore what it means to be yourself
the need for permission when it involves others.

This is not a deep dive into any one topic it's just a straight shooting guide on how to start dealing with your struggles regardless of your gender, orientation or relationship status.

pretty good

pretty good introduction to alot of things, could be a book that some struggling couples benefit from, however if you already read these kinds of books there isn't exactly any new ground breaking revelations

Not a nice listen

Loads of unnecessary f-bombing that litterally stunts sentences and adds nothing but to make the author sound less of an authority figure on mental health/mental health professional. I was unable to retain any information except for this observation from the book.

Wouldn't listen again

Was really monotone and boring, couldn't keep attention to what she was saying. So umm that's it I think.

A woke waste of time

Didn’t get anything from this truthfully. It was simply Faith explaining, justifying and encouraging sexual aberrations. This sort of stuff is on the cards to be taught to our children and then we’ll really need to Unf*ck more the our Intimacy.

I did however appreciate her understanding of the need to discuss our past traumas and issues than arisen in our lives.
