Food for thought 🤔
This is a very well written book which communicates complex ideas in a simple and easy to understand manner. The level of detail the author has included is very thorough but not overwhelming. I highly recommend listening to this book even if you're not intending on changing what you eat, you will learn something about the food you eat.

Entertaining and important book. If you like him on the telly, you'll love this. I agree with the comment about it being life changing. Read by the author, who provides very good narration. Has some extra bits from podcasts mixed in between chapters which worked well with the format.

Best book I’ve listened to for information about food
This book has been an incredibly good listen. It’s well researched and has a dry sense of humour on a serious topic.
After reading this book I’m going to make some serious food eating changes to hopefully lose some weight and for a better Quality of life.

Life changing
A very enjoyable and informative book about the manipulation of the "food" we eat. Terrifying and shocking but presented in a way that makes you want to listen more and ( hopefully if you can) change the way you view food. I will be searching for the podcast now!
