A fun listen

It's a good books with some pitfalls in over explaining things and repeating points but it overall does a good job of telling its story and I cant wait for the next one

A Textbook with Heart

There's an interesting world and set of events playing out in this book that at times is extremely engaging, however it often becomes mired in long info-dumps and exposition to explain pieces of the world that don't really need explaining instead of moving the plot forward or having this information play itself out naturally (I'm looking at you paragraph explaining school timetables). All in all though, a good time.

A good but different take on a story

this book is a very good one, with the characters written in to the story and the characters portrayed very well. However it does a bit of a nosedive with some long and non interesting dialogue trying to get to a point, though it is the only gripe I have, I am very much looking forward to the next book

Solid

The story is solid, however there are a lot of information dumps especially ones where characters are talking to one another as the characters are reasonably young it doesn’t fit properly. In saying that would buy again and read solid book
