The characters were realistic, and because of the strong writing, found myself hating the prosecutor, not to mention the perpetrator.

The writing style is very clear. I was engaged in this audible from the start and would like to read any of her other books.

I enjoyed this enough to buy book 2. Sometimes a little hard to keep up but I enjoyed its fast moving plot and loved this smart female lawyer.
