It was slow to start but once I was in the world had me. The narrators brought this to life. What an experience. The world building was brilliant, characters captivated me. The slow burn, he falls first, made the spice well worth the wait. 🌶️🌶️ 🌶️for this one but ratings are subjective.

I really wanted to love this story. The production, music and the dual narration were outstanding and the story has so much potential to be amazing but was a little underwhelming. It jumped around randomly and had so many holes that I felt whole chapters worth of story line had been cut out. I hope the other books in the series aren’t quite as lacking as there really is some great writing and I appreciate the effort taken in the production of this audiobook

Awesome characters, the dialogue was believable, relatable and kept the plot moving.

The world of Requium was built organically, no long drawn out world building to get confused by.

I am a big fan of this authors emotion evoking writing, she had me gripping the stering wheel on every action scene.

I am excited to see where this serirs goes and which characters and realm we visit next.

By far my favourite reads for 2024. WOW!!! The story was just breathtaking. So much emotion from start to finish. The female lead is this book is one of a kind. She is so strong, yet so delicate and loving. The male lead was just perfection 👌So many twists and turns and the audio was 10/10. Just do yourself a favour and read it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I knew I’d enjoy this book but the uniqueness of the story caught me off guard.

It truely felt unique. I was hooked at every stage curious to see where it would take us next.

This was also a true enemies to lovers, with a SLOW burn but the tension was worth it!!

I highly recommend this story!

DNF at chapter 40- look, the writing style had me struggling from the start but I pushed through cos I liked the idea of the story. But by chapter 40 I found myself just bored… it’s a verrry slow burn. By chapter 40 nothing had happened with MMC and fmc and I just can’t waste my time with that. I can forgive that if it’s still interesting, but the story was dragging too. It’s TOO descriptive and sometimes not enough. Like suddenly a chapter starts and you find yourself confused as to where they are.

Voiceover was great but cant move on with this story. Had such good potential.
