About this listen
One powerful principle that helps us with managing our thoughts in a more effective way is the principle of replacement. The principle I am talking about here involves the power of telling our thoughts that we refuse to be giving in to any anxious thoughts. We possess the ability to do this because as believers, we are stronger and have the "greater one" living inside. We have the power to resist wanting to have any type of negative thoughts. Exercising authority over what we think is definitely a step in the right direction.
