Thank you!

Thank you for educating about health, but not in a cold and strict way, but tether a funny informative and empathetic way. The last chapter touched me especially, I think I even found one important reason for my latest anxieties..

Picked up quite a few tips. Five stars!

Dr Rajan’s terminology throughout the book is hilarious. I’ve just finished it but have missed some parts as I often listen in bed on a timer then fall asleep. So I’m going back to the beginning to listen again. Don’t want to miss a thing! As a 72 year old, I thought I knew it all - but I don’t! Well done young Dr Rajan. Good job!

Hilarious, informative, humbling and easy to digest

t’s hard not to be a fan of Dr.Rajan, his shorts online are always amusing but very informative, which is extremely important on platforms that are notorious for false and potentially dangerous information..

But following that, this book is no different! From the get go, Karan is witty and hilarious, but even the most complex medical terminology is broken down and explained in such a way that’s accessible even if you’re not an academic.

I haven’t even finished it but I still had to stop to give it 5 stars. Amazing!!

MEH.

Pretty much his videos consolidated and a bunch of series of facts, presented (this next part is my personal opinion) relatively boring and borders on ignorance, in an attempt to provoke thought or perhaps for controversial purposes. Not to mention the overall tone of the book can be anxiety-inducing, shedding light on the fragility of the human structure.

Brilliantly written!

Brilliantly written and skilfully witty. Dr Karan is able to explain complex workings of the body simply and easy to follow. Refreshing to hear health advice from an evidence based stand point, rather than the often complex (and nonsense) advice delivered online. Thank you!
