About this listen
I'd like to take this time to talk about this type of book. Most of us who read and write SHTF stuff, kind of believe, deep down, that it could and very well may happen. A lot of us are preppers—I am, and have been for 40 years. Most everything I've written deals with an event that knocks the wheels off the world, such as an EMP. I wrote the first Valley book about an economic collapse, and I know less about that subject than an EMP (which ain't a lot). But after the first one, I realized that while the world might be burning down in the cities, that didn't mean that all of civilization came to a grinding halt.
