About this listen

The third book in the internationally best-selling Tomorrow, When the War Began series.

What's the biggest danger you can think of? This is bigger. What's the toughest challenge you can imagine? This is tougher. What's the greatest fear you have? You're about to find out.

"How long do you think they'll keep looking for us?" I asked Lee, as we lay there. "Until they find us," he answered grimly.

They came in summer. They fell upon the land swiftly and suddenly. Through autumn they spread, like locusts, like mice, like a plague. Now its winter. They're still here. But so too are Ellie and Homer and their friends.

I really enjoy the narrator of this series. She makes it very easy to follow the different characters. I was not expecting what happened at the end but really enjoyed this book

Great Series

These books are great, I loved them in high school. Takes time to get used her voice and she voices them a bit childishly, especially when they’re being sarcastic. The sound also gets really quiet for a few seconds throughout. Other than that they’re really good books, I’m really enjoying listening to them again!

Wonderful books (this is titled wrong too)

Haven’t read it in years, stoked to find the audio books and relive my youth. Well written and a capturing story

Love this series

This series is hitting me just as hard as it did when I was a teenager. While some monologues are a bit dated it still stands up in the 2020’s. The characters are still inspiring and well developed. Feel as though I’m a part of the group.

Revisiting after reading in my teenage years.
