About this listen
When Horus fell, his Sons fell with him. A broken Legion, beset by rivalries and hunted by their erstwhile allies, the former Luna Wolves have scattered across the tortured realm of the Eye of Terror. And of Abaddon, greatest of the Warmaster's followers, nothing has been heard for many years. Until now....

Brilliant
By far the best performance reading of a book! Excellent diction, acting and sound quality of a story of which will make you a 40k fan if you are not already.

ADB's Heretical Masterpiece
Hands down the best 40k book in history. It explores characters and a setting we only see as images of screaming madmen and hellscapes to expand them into believable things with such charming clarity. This goes beyond brilliant character development and into a masterclass on making the "bad guy" the one you root for.

Great book to read after the Heresy
I chose this book to continue on from the Horus Heresy and it was a great pick. Some new characters but the book did a great job on setting up the creation of the Black Legion.

Simply amazing
I cannot say enough good words about this book. The performance is absolutely spot on, and had me enthralled from the very beginning to the end. ADB is an absolute master of the genre, and this is a great example of his work.

Incredible, A different look at chaos
As the title suggests, its a different look at chaos, not so much blood, guts and frothing demons but the intellectual side of it. This isnt the story of a madman that loves to kill, but one that was betrayed into it,. a great read/listen
