Every home needs this book
This book is scientifically insightful and yet has easy, simple steps that are accessible and achievable for everyone to apply. I have never recommended a book to patients before but I am recommending this. I feel this is one book that needs to be re-read or listened to yearly to re-fire the concepts in our lives along with refining them. Dr Chatterjee is delightful to listen to as well as passionate about his written material and this comes through in his reading. Highly recommend.

A lot of useful advice backed by the fact the auth
I like the fact that the author is a medical practitioner, it gives more weight to his advice.
He offers a lot of practical advice, anyone can apply right away. Not all advice is for everyone but even if a reader picked up a few tips or exercises that worked for him/ her, it would be well worthwhile reading
