A Book To Help You Practice Kindness Towards Your Self & Others

I discovered this book actually through Audible and I immediately loved the book title. As the book title suggests I discovered lots of practices (work-outs) when it comes to turning my self-criticism into self-kindness.

I loved how the Author shared research also to back certain practices; and I found the research, stories, and even her own personal story and practices of interest.

It’s definitely a book to learn how to become aware of your self talk, especially self-criticism but than it goes beyond explaining what you can do when you noticed it.

I feel that it’s a how-to book, and also very important for our mental health and well-being and I loved how the author went to all the effort of bringing all the research and various practices into one book.
