something for everyone

there were moments when I was going to return it (' a barbell is a piece of...') but Sal's narration and the well rounded advice on things like motivation/discipline and intuitive eating kept me on until the end.

Insightful and totally doable

I learnt so much and feel super pumped to amp up my resistance training.
I've been doing some anyway so this was very validating but now I understand it all so much better...HOW and WHY it is the best training out there and I'm keen to amp it up and not only get the results I seek but MAINTAIN them because the recommendations are pragmatic...realistic ... totally doable!
