very informative about everything RP

I enjoyed this book as I'm looking at taking on the RP diet. this is giving me a good background on the benefits of different health options that you may choose throughout your life. so I'm thinking if I do a diet I'll understand why I'm doing what I'm doing and what I've been told to do.
the first couple of chapters was very hard as it's quite technical but once you get used to that you'll actually learn a lot.
