Great book with excellent narration.
The content empowered me to stand strong and stop obsessing over my ex. I have listened this book 3 times. I will listen to it again the moment I start to ruminate. This book is a tool to chisel a new me.

This book was a vital stepping stone to help me get through a separation, where I was a victim of DV (domestic violence). I'd spent 12 years being subjected to verbal, emotional and psychological treatment from an ex partner. This book allowed me to process the treatment I was receiving and allowed me to feel validated in my need to cut contact, whilst trying to respectfully co-parent. I felt I needed space to greive and this book made me feel strong enough to minimise contact, whilst putting in boundaries. Six months post breakup now, I've opened up contact and can maintain my boundaries for my own mental health. I'm so grateful to have found this book.

Loved this one! The narrator is great, a must to read/listen to if you fellow Nat Lue baggage reclaim! It is so spot on it's scary and definitely works! Great to know what you are doing with NC is the right choice and you are on the right path to emotional availability

I am so thankful for this book and for it to have been an audio book also. I share a little girl with a narcisstic ex and for many reasons didn't know HOW and was afraid of actually go no contact due to many reasons. The author managed to put into such detailed words as to what I've always been thinking and feeling, which has helped me so incredibly to understand myself and work through becoming a strong and genuinely happy person despite what I've been through and where I'm at in my life. Such a valuable book which thoroughly explains the importance of going No Contact. Sharing a child with someone is no excuse as there are better ways to go about things while protecting myself emotionally and mentally. Highly recommend to all those who have struggled to let go of harmful relationships.

The book is beyond my expectations. It breaks down No Contact Rule from head to toe in great details. I mean GREAT details, in practical terms and in physiology terms. It resonates much with my own experience. I wish I could have listen to it earlier, it would save me a ton of heartbreak and time with an abusive partner. I highly recommend it to anyone who is stuck in a relationship and wants to do No Contact.

Only issue is the pace of the readings sounds rushing and sped up. For a self-help book, it's not pleasant so I slow it down at x0.9 speed.
