I loved this book, it made me laugh and cry and was overall a very sweet love story. If you're looking for a book with a happy ending then this is it.

The audiobook is always good with Mr Teddy😜

I love a good MM hocky romance and this one was much the same. A single dad finding love with a man who is Bi but not out because of past situations with their hocky career. The story was sweet and easy but nothing to scream about as the ending was a little blah and felt rushed. Plus the character building was one sided as we got to know Hudson in detail but knew next to nothing about Gavin apart from his previous relationship and his daughter.

Also, I hate the fact that we got to know absolutely no one from their current team which is what this series is based on.. Literally a few sentences at the end about an argument out the front of their house.. rubbish.

This one had all the feels and was brilliantly narrated by both narrators. The story was solid and this one is going in my Favorites collection.

This was my first MM romance, and it was exceptional. Never did I think it would be so easy to fall in love with these characters but oh was I wrong. Cannot wait for the next in the series.

You know you’re loving an audiobook when you can’t stop listening but you keeping checking the time left as you don’t want it to end. Such is the case with The New Guy. Sensitively written by the master Sarina Bowen and beautifully narrated by Hamilton and Harding it is impossible not to fall in love with Gavin and Hudson. Funny, sad, touching and beautiful. I love this book. Bravo 5 stars all the way.

I can honestly say that these two are my favourite. I loved their relationship. Everything they had been through and some how they they made it to the end . God I hope we get ore . I especially loved listening to Teddy and JF who did a brilliant job bringing this story to life ✨🏒💜🏒✨🏒💜🏒✨
