About this listen

After three decades of study into human behavior, from being a Hollywood actor, to going to college to study experiential spiritual psychology, and training with many great masters and teachers, to going on his own hero's journey, David believes he has formulated a very easy to ingest and digest, simple, map to why we are why we are, and how we can evolve to our greatest potential. This is an operating manual to the human experience.

The book takes us from before the beginning of our birth, through all the causes and effects after birth, to then travel through all the obstacles of life that we normally find suffering and hardship in. With an eye opening, different way to translate life, David shows us how to navigate what is known as the school of life and all its mirrors. This evolutionary leap of our own consciousness is the change humans now need to make to alter our own personal journey, and that of the collective. Being the change is now a map.

This book gives thanks to all the great masters and teachers of history and our present times, dead and alive, from the prophets of then, to the parents of when, as well as the assistants, authors, and all the people who have brilliantly been part of the orchestration of this evolutionary leap in the elevation of human consciousness to deeper our healing and greater understandings of life.

This book is simply a perception, an understanding of, a way of being and seeing.

WARNING.
These words can shift your consciousness and perceptions. If you are in a relationship, it would become a bonus to both of you to be on the same page, and both listen to this book.

No nonsense guide to life’s journey

Amazing! The Map by David Diana came into my life at exactly the right moment. Going through a breakup, I found myself looking outward for love and support, as we often do. This book gently reminded me to look within instead. David Diana’s insightful storytelling and stoic approach to life’s challenges helped me realize that many things are out of my control—and that’s okay.

What truly matters is how I perceive and respond to these challenges internally. The book guided me to practice mindfulness, to sit with my emotions without judgment, and to observe them rather than react impulsively. This shift in perspective has not only helped me navigate the pain of my breakup but has also influenced how I approach other aspects of my life.

If you’re seeking a thoughtful, compassionate, and profoundly grounding read, The Map is worth every minute. It’s more than just a book—it’s a guide to finding your own path through life’s inevitable struggles.
