useful & easy to listen to.
I've listened to this audio book 5 times in a row already. This is my first book of patrick holford and I'm about to purchase some more of his other books because it was a joy to find out all this information in just a 3 hour book- it didn't drag out for ages- all the information was useful and easy to listen to.
