I loved the story and really had a good chuckle at the jokes. I liked the narrator's voice, but he made all the characters sound old...like they were in their dotage. Messed the book up for me.

Some funny lines but not nearly as engaging as I thought it would be after reading the reviews. I found it flat and quite boring. I only got three quarters the way through and gave up, but eventually went back to finish it but still not impressed.
