Could not finish it.

Unfortunately Wim Hof rambles too much. Talks for the sake of talking and repeats himself frequently. This book could have been half this size. If it was, I might have made it though. The content is most definatly interesting, it just gets lost in the ever wandering ramble.
If you are time poor or selective with how you spend your time, this book may not be for you.

I'll try doing instead of reading/listening..

lacking insight. Hoping for inspiration and a story.

Within the first few chapters I realized this is a book about a guy who jumps in freezing water over and over again.

Better to do than to read/listen.

Love the guy but he loves to ramble

There was clearly no planning that went into this book. Wim just ran with it and started talking. He has all the makings of a brilliant story to tell here. Unfortunately because Wim just goes with whatever pops into his head he keeps jumping from one area of his life to another, you can never really follow the journey and he frequently repeats himself. Realistically, if the book was half the size it would be much more coherent.

That being said... I did finish the book. I just used it as my daily dose of Wim rather than following the book as a story. He has a truly captivating energy and his stuff really works!

difficult to listen to

a bit of a rambling collection of stories rather than a flowing book. Wim seems to have built quite a following though so I was expecting better
