About this listen

Rowan

I'm in the business of creating fairy tales. Theme parks. Production companies. Five-star hotels. Everything could be all mine if I renovated Dreamland. My initial idea of hiring Zahra was good in theory, but then I kissed her. Things spiraled out of control once I texted her using an alias. By the time I realized where I went wrong, it was too late.

People like me don't get happy endings. Not when we're destined to ruin them.

Zahra

After submitting a drunk proposal criticizing Dreamland's most expensive ride, I should have been fired. Instead, Rowan Kane offered me a dream job. The catch? I had to work for the most difficult boss I'd ever met.

Rowan was rude and completely off-limits, but my heart didn't care. At least not until I discovered his secret. It was time to teach the billionaire that money couldn't fix everything. Especially not us.

Contains mature themes.

Grumby boss and much too bubbly for real life employee - am I too cynical for this? Probably.
The story was fine, their connection was fun, nothing extravagant, but fun enough as a pallet cleanser. Want to see the other brothers' story.

It was a nice book

Started off slow and took a while to get into but the last half was intriguing and the ending was beautiful!

The female narrator sounded quiet robotic especially at the start which was hard to get used too!

Slow start but beautiful ending.

There is this constant beeping throughout the whole audio and it annoyed me so much but the story and everything else was so good. The beeping was just a constant annoyance.

Great Story

Loved it

Overall it’s a good book. But it’s dragged on for so long and it all came together in the last 25 minutes. Bit of a let down

Longer then necessary

The perfect mindless enemies to lovers romance, also the perfect book to pull me out of my reading slump

Loved it!

it was a slower start, this though lead you to be more involved with the characters. The story kept you interested and loved the ending. I will be reading the next book in this series

slow start but worth the wait

This was a great read. There were a few parts that lingered way too long, and the end felt very rushed but over all, the narrators were very good and made it easier to emerse yourself into the story. Great work and we'll recommended.

Great start to the trilogy!

AMAZING!!

This is one of those books where I think it's adequate, but I can't decide if I like it enough to continue with the series. I listened to this really on the back of the Ravenhood trilogy, and I shouldn't compare, but it feels flakey.

It's OK but ...
