Publisher's Summary

Do you feel the need to know yourself and find out what your true essence is? Do you feel that you have a lot of unexpressed potential and don't know how to release it?

Do you want to get rid of those destructive behaviors that do not allow you to get what you want? Then keep listening.....

Often we perceive ourselves as deficient and inappropriate individuals, we do not have a clear idea of ourselves and even less of others, we feel out of place and uncomfortable in the simplest situations, anxieties and insecurities arise that block our potential, and we express ourselves less and less.

So our lives become less exciting, rewarding and prosperous than they could be.

Jeef Reed in this book explains what enneagram is and how to use it to find out our true essence, to understand what are our fears and how to overcome them, to bring out our hidden talents and free them, to strengthen our weak points and regain confidence in ourselves, but also to improve our interpersonal relationships and see other people as they really are, beyond the social masks that they carry.

The Enneagram is the most immediate and practical tool for introspection and self-analysis. Knowing the Enneagram means having a map of your personality, an extremely precise tool for understanding ourselves and the people with whom we come into contact.

The Enneagram is a manual suitable for experts and beginners. Within it, you will find:

  • How to find out and implement your hidden talents
  • How to control impulses unfavorable to your growth
  • How to discover and understand your personality
  • How to discover and understand the personalities of others
  • How to build and manage healthy relationships
  • How to improve your leadership skills
  • How to improve your strengths
  • How to strengthen your weaknesses

In order to make the best use of the enneagram, it will be necessary to put aside all forms of prejudice and keep an open mind so that we can see clearly our true essence.

Buy your copy now and set off on a wonderful journey of self-discovery.

Critical life lessons

One of the most important books I’ve ever listen. First encountered it 10 years ago and over time it has transformed the way I interact with other people. Main takeaway from this book is that different people are motivated by different things - important so you can understand where others come from.

Very Interesting Concept

The enneagram is based on the concept that there are many basic personality types and that we all are essentially driven by one of many basic sins.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Audible Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
