For anyone married to a "good guy" who they can't seem to get on with anymore, you HAVE to read this. It takes sacrifice of your pride to follow some of her recommendations but it reaps benefits beyond my imagining. This is one of those books I know I will listen to time after time to refresh my memory on the principles. Life changing.

My husband and I were struggling to understand each other and falling into really negative patterns after I had a miscarriage which affected us both a lot. A day after reading this book and implementing the principles my husband said "remember a while back how we were fighting and now we have the best marriage ever" haha. A short memory :)

A wonderful new perspective to lighten your load and be the wife you actually want to be. Often we convince ourselves we're happy being in charge and proving we know and can do everything, but perhaps there's another way, and this is certainly an opportunity for a new path to follow. This book has been a wonderful support to the polarity work I've already been immersed in. Highly recommended.
