Food for " non-thought"! Just sit back and take it all in.Another of Eckharts wonderful talks. If it was a story , which it isn't, I would be happy to rate it, however the review format requires me to rate the story.

I liked this selection of Eckhart’s talks, which were a good summary of his overall teachings and the concepts that he employs to deliver his message. There’s a pretty much every topic covered here from body awareness to the pain body and present moment awareness. The last talk was also of interest considering it was delivered around the time of 9/11.
