About this listen

Welcome to the Gun Show!

The top 10 list is populated. The sponsorship program is open. The difficulty is ramping up. The first three floors were nothing compared to what Carl and Donut now face.

The Iron Tangle. An impossibly complicated subway system built out of the world's subterranean railway systems, all combined and then tied together into a knot. Up is down. Down is up. Close is far. The cars are filled with monsters, the railway stations are less than safe, and the exit is always just a few stops away.

But there is hope. For the first time, the crawlers are all working together. The loot is better than ever. And the secret to unraveling it all may be hidden in the pages of a seemingly useless book.

Welcome, crawlers. Welcome to the fourth floor of the dungeon.

I am so hooked on this series. I also enjoy the development of the main characters and their relationships, while maintaining a balance of action and originality, with a few creative suprises. The narration is great and I got lost it the story. This is the hallmark of decent narration.

I just want more!

People say not to start your litRPG adventures with dungeon crawler Carl because you won’t find a better one - and it’s true. The story, character development, political intrigue and RPG elements are second to none. I just finished book 5 and realised I hadn’t done any reviews cause I was so fixated on what was going to happen next! Just do it 👍

Don’t hesitate, just buy it

Solid, not a sexually perverted fantasy like most litRPGs. Doesn't drown you in stats, keeps the RPG side of it enjoyable and more casual.
End credits are a nice touch to expand the depth of the world.
Highly recommend.

Can't fault.

Mind boggling

Love the voice acting and surprises, it wouldn’t be the same without this guy crushing it with the characters. Loved the meta humour at the end too

Hilarious

So good. If you are thinking about buying it you should but it might put you off normal audio books without this level of acting

Better than the book
