About this listen

The Conductors Paradox

Books 1 - 4

What began as a dream slowly turned into a story to be shared. A story I would like to share with you.

Book One: The Train Watcher

Gideon steps off the train to begin his very first day on a new job. Things seem to be going okay, a boring career in a dead end job, checking freight/cargo trains cargo against their manifest. George was finalizing the first days show and tell, when Gideon notices shadows where shadows ought not to prowl. Gideon acting on instinct gives chase.

Who is the intruder? Why does she seem so familiar?

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Book Two

Gideon steps off the train to start a new job as a train inspector... again.

The day has reset but this time he remembers. He remembers the girl, the key, What does it all mean? Why did the bruisers wish to see him dead?

To find the answers he must find the girl again. She seemed to know more than she let on.

Book Three

Gideon finds himself stuck in a time loop. The quickest way to reset the days events was to die. The slowest way was to wait until the end of the day and let the fog take over the entire warehouse district. The answers were in that watchtower, and with Elara. He must find her and get to the watchtower. Now time fights back, things are changing and every path he takes bruisers are waiting for him.

How many times can a man die before he finds the woman he is searching for?

Is there a way to make the time loops stop?

Gideon must prepare to fight for time and his wife.

Book Four

Gideon awakes in a clinical room. Elara is sleeping next to him, plugged into machines. The time loop has stopped but he is no longer in the world he thought was home.

How long was he trapped living the same day over and over? Why and who put him in there with his wife? Gideon must investigate a place he has never seen before, the answer hidden behind security bots and scientists.

What lengths would you go to to prevent loved ones from living in hell?
