Yeah it’s good

I’m biased tho. I’m a wim hoffer so this book was really just as an addendum to everything I’ve been doing and learning and also validating the technique - which I’m loving btw. Totally recommend the therapy and this is a good and well written book. Kind of wish the writer also narrated as he’s obvs passionate about the technique. Good tho - worth it 👍

Waste of 1 credit.

Absolutely boring. Waste of credit. Dr Susan Soberg is so so much better. Far too generic with no gutsy information. Maybe good for absolute beginners
