This book teaches a lot of authenticity compared to other dating coaches which often feels very fake and unnatural. This goes well especially people like me (Asian men growing up in a western country) as he has experienced it as well. His examples of common phrases we use in dating often hits me to the core of what i am not doing well and taught me to reframe my communication skillset (my weakness) to show myself to other females my true authentic self and even to see through people's non verbal communication. Overall this is a good read and gives off good information on good and long lasting courtship.

I would say this book is good for all men, but specifically analytical guys who like to work with a frame - "with structure comes freedom" as coach would say.
It covers the pillars of attraction and gives exercises to improve the way you express yourself. One thing said well was that following a woman's attraction cycle at her pace is the fastest way in. Working it out and playing the game becomes more enjoyable at this point as it's not solely about yourself, but a mutual exchange of value.
Lots of value in the book if you like to be more of yourself/improved self to attract women.
