This is best suited as a book rather than audiobook as the constant lists of tools, ideas and strategies are overwhelming to hear all at once and difficult to follow if you're listening while doing other tasks such as driving. There are also quizzes and exercises to try which would be more easily followed if you read and have a journal or notebook with you. Some useful tips in here for sure, I'd recommend it.
