Loving this coaching audio book

Really enjoying the 7 Step Mindset Makeover. I love learning the coaching on what you wanted to be when younger, to realising that values & life stages change at different times. Chasing your dreams can be inspiring and you can choose what to focus on. Enjoying the coaching sessions at the end of each chapter.

Fantastic Book

I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a little help with self care. How to go from a stagnate mindset to a growth mindset in 7 easy steps. Domonique is easy to listen to and although the topic is a little hard to work through she makes it easy. I particularly liked step 2, 3 and 4.

Have your hopes and dreams always eluded you?

Well, don’t give up, before you read Bertolucci’s 7 step book. It was helpful to me as I moved from adjusting my life from my professional career to retirement, due to illness. I plan to get her work book and keep moving forward.

Yes, a great listen

Step 4 especially shed light on unsolicited darkness. If you are looking to free yourself of useless and time wasting emotions, this is worth your time.

Simple advice that just makes sense

I stumbled across this podcast accidentally, and decided to give it a listen. I am SO glad I did. It was exactly what I needed at the exact right time. I have listened to all episodes twice, and have downloaded the workbook. I have also shared it with friends and family who I think would benefit from it. The advice is kind of obvious, in a good way, but sometimes you need to hear it from someone else, and really put the words into practice. Thank you Dominique!

Life Coach Advice Summarized and Nearly Packaged

Wow! This is really well organized and easy to follow! I really like the brief summaries at the end of each segment.

Unique and Immensely Helpful

This podcast is for you if you’ve been stuck for years and haven’t figured a path forward. If you hang onto too many possibilities or have weak boundaries and then beat yourself up for not making progress or being satisfied, this podcast gives advice for action you can take that will create immediate relief. Really helpful workbook provided. I really like how action oriented this is. And the content is really fresh. I haven’t heard anyone else with this same perspective and advice. Highly recommend.

Powerful!

I’ve listened to a lot of self help podcasts, but this one stood out. The information was very relatable and easy to apply. I had quite a few ah ha moments. I’ve now adopted the term “selfist”.

Bite sized simple steps

A good reminder that we are human and we struggle with the same issues. All is normal.
Simple steps to remind us of that - and we all need a good reminder every now and then when we need to gain perspective and control of what truly matters.

Personally loved the first step. Makes you question the long old bucket list - does it still make sense?

Good idea of a quick fix book.

the whole idea of the book was pretty good.
7 steps I would say were the most common problems we have. What I didn't enjoy and it reminded me of a cheap advices was so called "interview" on each end of chapter. the testimonials felt very staged and fake.

Some useful guidance - but essentially a brochure

Okay, Domonique. Here's your brief:
• Do a quick summary of the stuff you teach
• Include a supposed example for each of your 'lessons'
• Promote your services at every opportunity

Entirely worthy, but as superficial as a 'lifestyle guidance' article in a glossy magazine.

Feel more positive

This podcast has made me rethink how I treat myself and how I handle aspects of my work, I have stopped berating myself when I do something wrong and I’m trying to change my habit of replying to work requests immediately and give myself time as most people are happy to receive a reply with an expected completion date rather than me feeling I have to get it done immediately, often they don’t want an immediate response as it will require them to do additional work

Easy to listen to and inspiring!

Everything I want from a pod cast. Good knowledge that you can put into practice straight away. I knew how long each episode was.
