This was my first time listen of a book by this talented author Helen Hardt! I could not put it down, so was up to 2:30 am!
I found it through following one of my very favourite narrator's, Kendall Taylor. She flawlessly navigates between genders and ages to deliver the stories with passion, humour & compassion.
I am looking forward to the rest of this series.

I started the steel brothers series but had to stop when they changed
the male narrator...I couldn't handle the voice..which I'm sorry about as I think that series is awesome. this book is light reading and unfortunately I'm too used to male/female narrator's that a single voice doesn't grab me anymore.
I go with authors that I've read previously but get caught out with a book that's not as good as what they've written before. I liked this story although 'darlin' was used that many times I could have screamed.
if you like Ms Hardt, country, fairytale, instalove and single voice narrators then this is for you

Loved this story couldn't put it down, I felt part of the characters journey of finding true love. The story was full of emotion I suggest having a box of tissues handy towards the end.

Quick simple “romance “ Slightly corny and extremely predictable, I think that’s why I continued with this book. To see if it’s really this predictable. Author Recommended by friends after steel sequel, each to their own.
