Well read and fascinating audiobook on RTT and how to use it to fix your false beliefs. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who’s stuck using the same old self-help methods that are failing them.

Let me start by saying I loved the inspiring stories of transformation in this book. And I am glad I read it. The tools offered to the reader are invaluable.

BUT
I was uncomfortable with the level of 'sell', it was in your face and unsubtle.
Whoever convinced Marisa to use her book as a blatant direct selling tool is not very good at attraction marketing. The stories are enough.
The Selling chapter was such a turnoff, as were the blatant additions at the end of every chapter. It felt like I paid for a book and got an advertising script instead.
A more honest title might be Why You Should Do Marisa's Course and Become An RTT Practitioner. At least then you would know what you were getting.

Makes our complex stories and the reasons we’re ‘stuck’ delightfully understandable and provides a clear (and fast) access to freeing ourselves up - and freeing up others if that’s what we yearn to do. Valuable. Simple. Useful. And I suspect original.

Love the thinking - and the techniques presented so clearly

I loved this book and will joyfully and enthusiastically express how incredible RTT is from the rooftops!!! The way Marisa writes is always beautifully smooth and she shares her incredible knowledge from her heart. I personally experienced a 100% recovery from calcific tendonitis after using RTT. I had been in increasing pain for 5 years which had escalated to a point where I struggled to sleep and required help to dress. After an incredible session with my RTT Practitioner, I noticed after 7 days an 80% reduction in my pain and within 10 days, my pain had completely gone, leaving me with full motion in my shoulders again. I was blown away! I went on to have sessions for self-esteem and confidence, which were all amazing. I'm studying as an RTT Practitioner and will soon graduate. This book is a blessing for all of us that are ready to heal. Thank you Marisa. ❤
