Story
This is your wake-up call to resist the Hustle culture and embrace the slowness of Jesus. Our culture makes constant demands of us: Do more. Accomplish more. Buy more. Post more. Be more. In following these demands, we have indeed become more: More anxious. More tired. More hurt. More depressed. More frantic. What we are doing isn't working! In a society where hustle is the expectation, busyness is the norm and information is king, we have forgotten the fundamentals that make us human, anchor our lives, and provide meaning.

This concise book is filled with practical steps to help men raise sons of consequence—young men who know what they believe, know who they are, and will stand up against the negative cultural trends of our day.

Story
Most Christians know they should be trying to tell their friends and family about Jesus. But in a post-Christendom world, personal evangelism is viewed negatively - it's offensive, inappropriate, and insensitive. Recent studies confirm that the majority of Christians rarely evangelize, worried they might offend their family or lose their friends. Here, author Sam Chan equips everyday Christians who are reluctant and nervous to tell their friends about Jesus with practical, tested ways of sharing their faith in the least awkward ways possible.

This audiobook offers a surprising perspective. Maybe the way forward for the family can be found in the past. The Bible provides a lost family blueprint that is almost entirely unknown by modern Christians.

Better than anticipated
I was interested in the subject matter as a young mum but sceptical about how relatable it would be for us not living in the US. But I loved the personal stories, the well researched chapters and the practical tips and ideas to use and practise in your family. I plan to read it again when I need inspiration for a family huddle. Grateful to the author for writing this timely book for this generation.
