Sweet story. I love the journey. Good performances by the narrators! Looking forward to the next book in this series.

I loved the a storyline and the narrators were incredible. I could not put this book down. it had incredibly sweet and heart breaking moments but with all the drama unfolding and the build up I found it.... lacking. it was very anticlimactic. The biggest issue he had with relationships was barely even glossed over once he explained why. it wasn't discussed again and I was just left up in the air until the very ending. Then there's the unhinged ex business partner and the intensity building around what he was going to do. But all of a sudden among the drama they just fell into their happily ever after. with a very mediocre tying up of loose ends. This story had so much more potential. it almost feels like the author got over it and wanted to just wrap it up and move on. but that's just my opinion.

I’m sorry but I only got 4 chapters in. Couldn’t listen to the female narrator any longer. The story seemed fine though.

I have listened to over 50 books and this is the first one I did not finish. Could not get into the story. The story may have developed but I just lost interest.
