A must read book if you get into weight training!

helped me change my ways of thinking about lifting weights and where I see myself. completely changed my perspective on the mental side of things when training.
keeping a diary as mentioned is a game changer for me tracking my gains and keeping my mind set pushing forward. highly recommend this book.
