So effective, my Periodontist will be impressed!

I'm overdue for a teeth cleaning because of the virus. And this one problem area -- a tooth my periodontist tried to save a year ago -- started acting up. The tooth, the gum.... I know I clench my jaw, and I suspected that was the problem. So I took matters into my own ears, by giving this audiobook a shot. I listened to it in bed, as I was settling in for the night's sleep. Well! The next morning, for the first time in 3 days, i had zero pain in my mouth. I've been listening to it every night and the pain hasn't returned. Neither has my Periodontist and even when he does, I'm going to keep listening until I'm convinced it got rid of that awful, filling flattening,, gum destroying, teeth compromising habit of jaw clenching. I highly recommend this book. And the author-narrator's voice is easy on the ears. And jaws!
