I found this to be a great book for Christians who are looking to strengthen their faith and walk with God. Probably a bit less suited to a brand new Christian unless they have a good support network to explain anything that doesn't seem to make sense, however the message of God's love is one that is well suited to all people.
It is designed as a bit of a workbook so there are parts to complete at the end of each chapter "The 60/60 experiment" which can make it a little tricky to catch as an audiobook but it would be well utilised with e-resources.
