Rox and Rich deserve every success and accolade for this incredibly honest, emotionally intelligent, helpful, relatable, funny, tear inducing, loving, kind, empathetic and superbly written and narrated book.
As a late diagnosed woman (a year ago at 43) I’ve been binging it all day and just finished chapter 5 with tears rolling down my face. The validation the first half of this book has already given me is immense, and greatly appreciated. And perhaps even more so- Rich’s ability to advocate so passionately and with such grace and knowledge as a partner of an ADHDer fills my heart with hope that my husband, and other neuro typicals in my close circle can relate to him, and ultimately learn from to better understand me and my additional support needs. I haven’t had the words to help myself or those close to me- but Rich and Rox have done this work for me- and I am forever deeply grateful.
I’ve just bought the hard copy too- so I can share with friends and family- and because Rox and Rich deserve every penny the earn from what is, in my mind, the best ADHD help/ support/ understanding book for those with ADHD, and those without…. So basically every human on this planet should read this- because every human no doubt has an ADHDer somewhere in their mist.
Thank you Rox, your journey of self discovery, trauma, pain, loss, happiness and acceptance is a true inspiration, and so so valuable.
Thank you Rich, for showing us that men can be understanding, passionate, and advocate, and showing the world what a supportive, loving partner can look like….. what everyone- male, female, non bineray, adhder or not deserves.
