Honestly didn’t know what to expect with this but was enjoyable. Sly went into his childhood and touched on his behind the scenes on his movies. Wasn’t all just about food. I liked it enough to recommend it to and big Sly fan. But if you’re not there’s probably other better books.

Great all round- I loved it and found it a very inspiring approach to life, not just to health and fitness.
The only reason I didn’t give it full marks is it makes reference to additional material that should have been downloadable in pdf form but I can’t find it.
Nonetheless brilliant and well worth listening to.

Obviously hard to include exercise routines in an audiobook but clearly the cd that this was based on had it but nothing on this. Sly should have narrated, don't waste your time get the book instead it's great
