Will Darling came back from the Great War with a few scars, a lot of medals, and no idea what to do next. Inheriting his uncle's chaotic secondhand bookshop is a blessing...until strange visitors start making threats. I absolutely enjoyed this story, it's clever characters and the journey they took across the pages. The narrator did a top shelf job with the voices and emotions.

I 've read all books and stories by this author that I have been able to find. Went looking on audible hoping to hear the voices. The narrator sounds just as I thought the main characters would.
Sneaky and secretive is not my favourite but I still enjoyed listening to them working it out. I enjoyed listening to Will stand up for himself and his values, even when he was still trying to figure out what they were
