Not sure what’s with the hate from some other reviewers. Degas is a master! How can a Brit-Australian male voice actor not get 5-stars with such a spot-on impression of a Californian female bludgeoning the Italian language?! It took a good hour for me to realise I hadn’t misheard Degas as the narrator, his accents are that good.
Sure, the story isn’t revolutionary, but it’s well written and had me fully absorbed in the descriptive imagery.
