Very informative

This entire podcast was absolutely rivetting. I liked that the episodes were so short. However, despite their being so short, they are absolutely jam packed with information. Furthermore, beyond simply understanding sleep, it's myths and purposes, some aspects of this podcast actually helped me sleep better.

A wake up call about sleep

I have abused my body nightly and daily for over 50 years and in less than 1 minute per decade Sleep 101 has awakened my interest in correcting many of my bad habits and misconceptions.

Will keep your awake.

Easier listening to a jackhammer to nod off, while dynamite explodes. Basically rubbish at what it's meant to do.
