loved the story with only a couple of complaints, 1. No clear description of the Centaurs makes it hard to understand what they're really up against & 2. Dissapointing that Jeffrey Kafer didn't research the pronunciation of Islandlwana, "Iss-and-Lu wanna" it tainted the story.

Great story, but......

Typically left wanting more from this author, so I was keen to start a new series, but this one just didn't capture me. Lack of back story, no great description of the enemies and the characters were flat for the most part. I don't know if it was just me, but it felt like in one ear out the other..

The movie Starship Troopers meets Old Mans War, The Forever War and Independence Day, with a spot of the Polity universe thrown in for good measure. Well narrated and enjoyed listening to it.
